Chloe is a special two year old pug lady. Why special you ask? Well she was born with undeveloped eyes and is blind. DO NOT let that fool you! This little lady knows her way around her foster home and is hot on her foster moms trail anytime she moves around the house just like any other pug would.
When Chloe needs to go to the bathroom she does go out the doggie door at her foster home but hasn’t ventured off the deck on her own yet so her foster mom takes her down the three steps to the yard and she is quick to do her business.
Chloe (and her littermate sister Zoey) came into rescue when PPR was alerted to a post about two pug sisters living in a truck in TN (in the winter) because the couple that had them lost their home and they were living in the truck also. We dropped everything and drove through some snow in the NC mountains and into TN so we could help these babies get out of a bad situation and living in a crate in the backseat of a four door truck. It also took pressure off the humans so they didn’t have to worry about how to buy them food.
They had not had any vet care so we immediately took them in and got them vaccines and had them spayed.
Chloe is spayed, current on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
All she needs is you to give her (and her sister) the life she deserves!
